Construction :
• De-dusting booth (in SS304 - material of construction) -
.The Return air ducting will be routed between the
inner and outer skin.
• Air nozzles shall be suitably located at four sides -
within the chamber - to blow the air on various surface
of the DRUM or CARTON.
• The Filter is pleated 1 micron absolute PP spun bond
• Interlocking shall be provided based on the process
requirements.

• Clean room sterile dynamic pass through box is self
contained units with class 100 laminar air flow unit
installed at the entrance to the clean rooms.
• They minimize the amount of particulate contamination
entering the clean room by reducing the operator
traffic.
The A2F® De-dusting system is used to remove the loose
particles / dust present on the receiving materials, which
will be brought into the warehousing area before they are
transferred into the quarantine area.
To remove this dust, operators were previously using
compressed air nozzles. Recognizing this practice as being
extremely dangerous, A2F® team has found a safe
alternative. A2F® De-dusting Booth, a blower powered
personnel de-dusting system installed in a purpose-built
cubicle.
Spraying of Compressed Air on the Raw Material Packing
through SS 304 nozzles being designed for purpose
ensures removal of dust and powder particles which is
sucked by the Suction blower of Dust collector.
